House Rules:
Please be mindful that this is a family community with full-time and part-time residents. Thank you for being respectful of the neighbors as well as our personal belongings.
All cars and guests must register at the Big Bass Lake gate before coming to Larsen Lake House.
There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises. This is a non smoking property - inside and out.
The owner’s closet and owner’s pantry are for owner's use only.
Please respect quiet hours in the house and outside after 10:00 PM at night. The neighbors will be thankful. ;-)
Please report any damage to the house and/or furnishings immediately.
